MISSION
Collective Freedom is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting justice-impacted individuals in their reentry journey. Our mission is to provide compassionate and holistic support through a collective and community based model with tools and resources necessary to navigate the impact of incarceration. We are a new organization with a current focus on immigration justice. In the near future, we will offer support services for access to higher education and skills building for employment.
OUR STORY
When MiraCosta College Professor, Dr. Thao Ha, was awarded the 2024 Nancy Jamison Fund for Social Justice, she chose to use the award to establish the organization.
